Please complete the following form for service requested. We recommend that you maintain a policy of having a designated official in your office to coordinate and submit Service Requests to avoid duplicate requests or confusion.
Your office will be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the request.
Common Requests
The following is a list of common requests for you to submit via this website. The list is not all-inclusive and there may be some exceptions based upon specific lease terms.
- Lights - Please inform us what kind of bulb is out (standard or fluorescent) and the location of the light out in the office. Some lights may need an electrician.
- Trash Removal - Please inform us of excess trash (moving boxes, furniture, computer equipment) or if trash has not been picked up.
- HVAC - Please fill out form completely and submit to Property Management. If request includes non-business hour support, costs will be chargeable to tenant.
- Repair - Non-emergency repair costs may be chargeable to tenant. Please refer to your lease agreement.
- Improvements - All improvements to suite must be approved in accordance with your lease agreement. We are happy to provide proposals from a network of trusted contractors for your approval. Improvements include: paint, carpet cleaning, flooring, doors, and fixtures.
- Common Area - Non-emergency issues. eg: restrooms, parking lots, lobby.
- Security Cards & Keys - We need your employee's full name, type of vehicle, and his/her license plate number. Any time an employee leaves your employment, please inform our office so we may turn off the security access card and collect any cards or keys.
